I was drawn to aesthetics because I believe in the power of confidence and the importance of feeling comfortable in your own skin. Laura Hallam RN, BSN
I started my nursing career in Pittsburgh, where I built my foundation in patient care within a traditional hospital setting. After a few years, I transitioned into travel nursing, gaining new experiences and a broader understanding of healthcare across the country. One of those assignments brought me to Washington, where I fell in love with the natural beauty and energy of the city and now proudly call it home. I have always been drawn to the world of aesthetics, appreciating the blend of science, artistry, and connection. Bringing my clinical experience, attention to detail, and compassion to every treatment, my goal is to create a space where beauty feels approachable, results look natural, and clients feel like the best version of themselves. When not working, I am continuing my education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, I enjoy planning trips, backpacking, and spending time with my two cats and boyfriend.

I’m a registered nurse with over four years of experience in healthcare, and I’m so excited to be part of the Radiant Beauty Med Spa & Wellness team. Health, vitality, and feeling your best have always been close to my heart. I’m passionate about fitness, nutrition, and supporting others in building confidence from the inside out.
At the spa, I blend my clinical background with a whole-body approach, focusing not just on how you look but how you feel. I love being a resource for clients who want to enhance their wellness routines, glow naturally, and feel empowered in their skin.
